As women traveling alone, we felt safe and well taken care of. The staff were helpful and provided us with a map and recommendations for things to see and do in Bruges. They even lent us a EU plug when we forgot ours. The location was convenient, within walking distance to both the city center and quieter areas. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast, although mostly continental, had delicious scrambled eggs and bacon available.
Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.

Absolutely loved this hidden gem hotel. Excellent breakfast, warm banana bread. Ann's really good service. Perfect location, facing the canal. Fabulous rooms, great pillows.

The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and right across from a picturesque canal. It only took me about 10 minutes to walk to the market square and all the shops and attractions. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.

We had a great stay here! The location was beautiful, set on the canals in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The service was excellent, and the staff was trying their best to make us feel at home. The room amenities were fantastic, especially the terrace with a great view. We loved the free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV.
This place is perfect for families too!

I was given a very spacious room with a beautiful view of the canal. The hotel staff provided me with a map upon arrival and were very pleasant. The breakfast had plenty of variety with different hot options. I highly recommend this hotel.
